In short, this phase transforms the initial concept into a clear, actionable plan - the URS document.
We Build.
During the build phase, ARCSOM assembles all necessary components, including hardware, software, configuration services, and custom coding. We perform development and integration services to ‘translate’ the URS into a functional system, ready for Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) and ultimately Site Acceptance Testing (SAT).
We Care.
Once the project is delivered, the system is ready for production. However, the system still has an entire lifecycle after delivery. During this entire lifecycle, ARCSOM stays a loyal partner through the integration of our Care Phase.
Depending on the customer's capabilities, ARCSOM offers two support models:
- Integration Support (Reactive): For customers who manage the system themselves, we provide support in case of incidents or issues.
- Lifecycle Management (Proactive): For customers looking to fully transfer responsibility to ARCSOM, we offer continuous monitoring and preventive maintenance services.
Both support models are available at different levels, ensuring that we meet the full range of customer needs.
